Returns & Refunds policy

At BattleVerse India, registration fees collected for tournaments and events are generally non-refundable.

1. Non-Refundable Fees

Once a registration is successfully completed and payment is made, the registration fee is non-refundable except in specific cases mentioned below.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• The event is cancelled by BattleVerse India.

• Duplicate payment made by the participant due to a technical error.

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of registration within 5–10 working days, depending on the payment gateway and bank processing timelines.

4. Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Participant no-shows

• Disqualification due to rule violations

• Voluntary withdrawal from the tournament

• Technical issues on the participant’s end (internet/device issues)
